Just after its debut in the summer 2004, Alma Swing makes rapidly itself known standing out in important appearances and selections. It wins the concourse "Porsche Live - Giovani e Jazz 2005" sponsored by Porsche Italia, Radio Montecarlo and Musica Jazz magazine, with Paolo Fresu as jury's chairman. Involved in events of absolute importance, Alma Swing collects continuosly gigs in the italian jazz clubs, even on very main stages, boasting
participations in festivals and reviews and playing in national
tours as the one promoted by Porshe Italia. It appears also on the italian press in the specialistic magazine Musica Jazz, which has produced a live CD, by Alma Swing and other artists, attached to the number 5/2006, in an extraordinary circulation of 25.000 copies.
