Diego started his studies as classical guitarist then he specialized in jazz with Mino Mistorigo and in harmony with Natalino Tacchetti. His musical activity leaded him to perform in the main clubs of the North Italy. He attended the international stages with Sam Rivers, as well as the clinix at the Berkley School of Boston in the context of Umbria Jazz, where he was brought into contact with Jim Hall, John Abercrombie and Mick Goodrick, but also with Sandro Gibellini and Augusto Mancinelli. He performed with "Jazz Padova Orchestra". At present has a teaching activity in the district of Vicenza.
