Prominent artist on the national scenery and abroad, Lino is the winner of the competition "Baronissi '96" (SA). He established himself on an international context thanks to "Eddy Lang '97" and "Massimo Urbani Awards '04". He performs in the USA and in Europe, appearing in the most significant jazz festivals. In 2007 he was awarded a special prize as the best emergent talent  by the Municipality of Treviso. He collaborated with international artist like Enrico Rava, Marco Tamburini, Lee Konitz, Chris Hunter (Gil Evans Orchestra), Mauro Beggio, Sandro Gibellini, Steve Swallow, Max Chiarella, Ares Tavolazzi, Paolo Birro, Pippo Matino, Fabrizio Bosso, Franco Testa etc. In the pop music he played with Claudio Baglioni. He also wrote soundtracks for the cinema and theatre.
