Recreating the atmosphere of the first cinema orchetras tradition, Alma Swing presents three exilarant silent shorts by the greatest comedians of the movie history: "My Wife" by Stan Laurel & Oliver Hardy, "The Immigrant" by Charlie Chaplin and "Cops" by Buster Keaton, each one with original soundtrack signed and live performed by the band. This homage to the silent cinema celebrates a marriage between old fashioned images and "djangoist" hot jazz, thanks to Alma Swing's ability to express the impressionism and the descriptiveness of this music. The spectator is finally involved in mistakes, gags and icredible situations of theese extraordinary comedies.
